The project aims to accomplish empowerment of education in the universities by minimizing the qualification gap between graduates in similar colleges:

• Development of an Egyptian Virtual University including virtual classrooms

• Developing a Portal that allows and facilitates e-learning courses, self-paced education, hybrid education, virtual classrooms,interactive and collaboration education, newsletters, e-mailing group lists, assignments, exchange of ideas and information among instructors, students, and administrators.

• Offering students the opportunity to benefit from other hyperlink with others, locally, regionally, and internationally

• Enhancing of education to be more efficient

• Encouraging the instructor’s practise to use new technologies for more productive pedagogical approaches

• Improving students understanding, knowledge skills, decision-making and solving problems

• Training academic staff on e-learning
